What is Cost Center: A cost centre is a department within a business to which costs can be allocated

Perform this procedure when the user department would identify the need that new Cost Center need to be created in the system

1  Controlling Area.

2 Cost Center Standard Hierarchy

Step 1. To create a new Cost Center Enter KS01 in command filled  box in SAP and direct new window open and use filed for creation of cost center in sap 

Step 2.using the following menu path for Create new Cost center in sap    KS01

Accounting®Controlling®Cost Center Accounting®Master Data®Cost Center®Individual Processing®Create Enter KS01

Step 3. To create a new Cost Center Screen Flow KS01

Step 4. To create a new Cost Center in sap controlling module ks01 - TCodesee

Double-click Accounting tree item.

Double-click Controlling tree item.

Double-click Cost Center Accounting tree item.

Double-click Master Data tree item.

Double-click Cost Center tree item.

Double-click Individual Processing tree item.

Double-click KS01 – Create a new cost center  tree item.

You have create cost center successfully
